Construction is underway at WE26
Drive by the WE26 site on the east side of Warden Avenue north of Bertrand Avenue and chances are you’ll notice heavy equipment at work. The Insoho Developments’ construction team is hard at work readying the site to put in the enclave’s road and services including water, sewage and stormwater. Digging foundations for each of the 26 homes comes next. It will be exciting to watch as the new three-storey homes of WE26 take shape over the rest of 2020 and into 2021. First closings are slated for early 2021.
