What’s happening on the WE26 construction site is impressive! It’s been just over a month since our last video of construction and the progress is visible. Take a look at how well this soon-to-be-signature community on Warden Avenue north of the Golden Mile is shaping up. Stay tuned for more videos coming soon.

It’s already clear that this exciting new community is on the way to becoming a coveted address. Homes will be ready by late summer next year.
Right next door to WE26, the Meadoway is transforming this fall as crews till and seed the land with native plants. Seeds are being gathered locally from areas such as the Humber River trail system. Native plants like wildflowers and grasses provide the perfect stopover for migrating butterflies and birds. They use the plants as cover to rest and feed on the seeds and flowers. The Meadoway is a 16 kilometer linear park with a multi-use walking and biking trail stretching from downtown Toronto to the Rouge National Urban Park.
Putting in foundations is always an exciting construction milestone. That’s what happened this August at WE26. After completing the road and services, crews broke ground to start laying foundations for these stunning new modern homes. Work has been proceeding well on the site of this certain-to-be signature community on Warden. We can’t wait to show you what comes next!

Our sales representative Anita Cheung slowed down to admire it as she drove by. “It warmed my heart to see people out in nature at this time,” she said. “It’s another indication of how special it will be to live at WE26.” The 16-kilometer Meadoway, Canada’s largest urban linear park, stretches east from Toronto’s Don River Ravine to the wilderness of the Rouge National Urban Park. Construction continues at WE26, preparing the site for the new road and services.
Drive by the WE26 site on the east side of Warden Avenue north of Bertrand Avenue and chances are you’ll notice heavy equipment at work. The Insoho Developments’ construction team is hard at work readying the site to put in the enclave’s road and services including water, sewage and stormwater. Digging foundations for each of the 26 homes comes next. It will be exciting to watch as the new three-storey homes of WE26 take shape over the rest of 2020 and into 2021. First closings are slated for early 2021.
